Shipping & Returns
Orders can take up to 10 business days (usually much less). We use age old, slow, small batch processes to yield the wholesome products you love and all of our jewelry is made to order. These ways takes time. We truly appreciate your patiece, and support of our ethos. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but with everything being made by Ty's two hands in our home studio items currently in production may take a little longer to ship. If you have concerns, or need an order rushed, email the general inbox at email@example.com and we will do all we can to accommodate.
Shipping issues? Once a parcel leaves our possession, it leaves our control and we relinquish no responsibility. Any shipping issues are not our fault, but we will do our best to alleviate the situation.
Returns are not accepted. Order cancellation is not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your product, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and exchange instructions will be provided. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with an exchange. Oftentimes, you will be receiving store credit once your returned item arrives at the studio.
